Focusing on the basics of kickboxing, this 30 minute mini-class educates new members on proper form, technique and what is required during a Warrior Fitness kickboxing class. It is during this introductory course that our members learn exactly what we do and what they can gain by having us as a part of their fitness regiment.
With Kicknique our instructors will provide all new members with the necessary tools required to feel successful in even their very first class.
