I have always loved working out, but my passion for fitness came after I had my second child. Getting my body back after having kids inspired me to want to help others, parents or not, reach their personal fitness goals.
I became a certified personal trainer through NCSF in 2014, and love working one-on-one with my clients with their individual goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle building, body transformation, increased endurance, perfecting form, or all of the above. I tailor my training sessions for each client individually, focusing on their personal strengths and weaknesses, and working with them to achieve their desired results. I provide encouragement and motivation during each session to keep my clients focused and stay on track in order to achieve their desired results.
In addition to private one-on-one training I also offer semi private sessions, providing a great opportunity for spouses or friends to get fit together.
